Our « work of art » service offers you a particular follow-up and highly-safe transport conditions for your participation to international exhibitions in big export. For this service, a unique partner, dedicated to your file, follows you during all your exhibition period.

 Our clients are galleries, antique dealers, interior designers, artists, collectors, who exhibit in international fairs. The transport of their works of art for big international events needs expertise in several fields. GLOBAL EXPOSITION SERVICES has a good command of all the stages of this unique performance for many years.

We have to follow specific regulations about the transport of works of art and take into account the requirements for exhibitions outside the French territory (scheduled dates of arrivals, assembling and disassembling)

 All the following stages are validated with you :
We remove with specific vehicle and proceed to the package by our air approved specialists (making of shuttle boxes, wood standards NIMP15). Our packers adapt the package according to the fragility and to the value of the work to guarantee the most complete safety, for transport subject to transhipments.

 We make the requests about the customs files. We manage for our customers all suitable formalities for the exportat of cultural goods (obtaining the authorizations, licences, certificates from the DMF)

 We use companies –with direct flight- specialized in valuable works of art, with seal affixing, hooping and shock detectors.

At the destination, our agent takes care of import formalities, and will be in charge of your cases up to your stand. A service of unpacking and repacking on exhibition site will also be offered.
